Who wanted to learn this? Anyway, here's what I think is going on in this tune...

Two guitars, both tuned DADGBD, and both playing the same part until the very end.

|-------0---------------------------|--------------------0---------|
|-3-------3-------------------------|-----3-------3--------3-------|
|-2---2-----2-----2---2-------------|-----2--2-------2---------2-0-|
|-0-----------4/5---5---5-4-2-0-----|-0-2-0------------0-----------|

|-0----0----2--2-----6---|(6)--0---6-----6---6-----6----|

|-0---2-------|-7---7-------7-------7-------7-------7------7--|

Then the two guitars play different parts. On the left...

|---10---------------8-/10--8--7--5--|(5)--9-/14--12--10----------||
|----------10------8-----------------|----------------10----------||
|-11-----------------9-/11--9--7--6--|(6)--9-/14--12--11----------||
|--------11------9-------------------|----------------0-----------||
|------------------------------------|----------------0-----------||
|------------------------------------|----------------0-----------||

And on the right...

|-----15------10-----8-/10--8--7--5--|(5)--9-/14--12--10----------||
|------------------------------------|----------------10----------||
|-----16------11-----9-/11--9--7--6--|(6)--9-/14--12--11----------||
|------------------------------------|----------------0-----------||
|------------------------------------|----------------0-----------||
|------------------------------------|----------------0-----------||

Hours of fun!

Cheers,
Adrian

And I forgot to mention that when that theme comes back after the mostly electric guitar section, Mike ends it instead with a nice, boldly strummed chord which sounds like...

|--2--
|--3--
|-----

I just love those Britpop chords!

(And then it continues with more chords, which I haven't figured out yet)

Hey, so that means I can be pretty sure I got all the open strings right in my transcription!
